Spray on the tire, wipe with a stiff brush and rinse with water.  You can immediately see how super strong this tire cleaner is.  E79 is excellent for BLACKWALL as well as WHITEWALL tires.  It quickly removes road grime from the backwall, while getting the whitewall as bright as it can be.  This cleaner's strength of concentration is unmatched in the industry! Cut 4:1 with water-one gallon makes five!
